Liked: Good position and very friendly and efficient staff
Disliked: Maybe include an electric frypan for basic cooking

Spacious and clean but needs...

Liked: The room was very spacious and it was clean.
Disliked: The spa didn't work and we had to go to the office and ask for a plug for it.Alot of things were broken like one of the lights on the wall and a few other small things.And what we thought was a king size bed was just 2 single pushed together so you couldn't sleep in the middle.

Liked: Beds were excellent, along with pillows. TV was great with lots of selection of channels. Room was a good size and warm
Disliked: The kitchen was short of a few essentials - small vege knife, grater, pot/steamers, bowls - both for general use and microwave use

Comfortable rest point by Napier...

Liked: Very comfortable unit. We were only there a short time. However it was a great little refuge to go from as we spent an evening in Napier.
Disliked: Really nothing we can criticize about the motel. Everything met our expectations and was great value.
