Liked: Close to the event we went to Napier you don’t forClose to the beach

Liked: Close to everything and beach
Disliked: As I checked in not very welcoming the front desk lady needs to work on her smile and customer service no top ups on coffee and sugar area nor milk didn’t vacuum floors dirty unprofessional cleaners I was a cleaner at a hotel and we made sure guest room was spotless that’s all.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to the beach and good eateries
Disliked: Communication, the waterfront room with balcony was booked for three nights, after we were pit into another unit, we had to go and ask why we were not in the unit we had paid for, apparently it had a plumbing fault we would be advised the next day what was happening. Got moved the next day after we had to follow up to unit 16 across from the beach which was acceptable. Rooms were supposed to be fully equipped, one pot, one pan which had to be taken from one room yo the next. The book in the room needs updating as the pool znd the restaurant where not available. Some advertising says it is some not. The couches in the first room unit 4 were not great. Nice conservatory but very much a fish bowl if you sit out in it.

Disliked: Shower don’t work, spa didn’t work, couldn’t freshen up no communication

Disliked: Was a bit disappointed we booked spa bath suite and it didn't go, looks like it hasn't for a while. Booked the room through booking.com but I think it was overpriced.

would be my last option...

Disliked: pool was out of order, we booked for 3 people and they only put down 2.it wasn't worth the price i paid for 2 nights, rooms did not look like what they advertise them to be.
