Budget hotel. Good breakfast but...

Liked: Location ok and good budget hotel.
Disliked: I was asked to move when I sat down at breakfast. If you are not with a coach party, you get a back bedroom and sit away from sea views.

The weather was poor BUT...

Liked: Never ate at the hotel BUT the evening meals smelt lovely and the restaurant area always seemed to be full. The bar area was very impressive with loads of seats & tables. Location was excellent 100 yards to the Main Street , beach was 75 yards away & the pier was 200 yards away.. Great location , only downside no internet in the rooms , weather was awful really so when in the room my daughters iPad was useless , couldn’t watch or play out on it which was hard when on the Tuesday it rained all day & evening.
Disliked: No Internet in the room & the tv didn’t work until repaired on the Wednesday , our train home was Thursday morning. The shower wasn’t very powerful , my daughter has long hair & couldn’t wash it because the shower just wasn’t powerful enough.

Staff are friendly and helpful...

Overall enjoyed it.

Liked: Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice conservatory and evening entertainment.
Disliked: Breakfast was bit disappointing. Could be more choices.

Liked: Staff couldn't do enough to help us. So handy for the seafront. Will definitely come again
Disliked: Beds were a bit hard for our liking. Needed to be earlier than later for the best breakfasts.
