Liked: Location was great food was beautiful breakfast was great as well and near the Rathlin ferry which is a plus as well
Disliked: Banging bins at 11 30 at night outside we were above the kitchen at the cove location also it would have been nice to have been told we were staying there would rather stay in hotel also £3.50 for a small bottle of water not good

Holiday hotel, Yes. But could...

Liked: One of the best cooked breakfasts in a long time! All cooked to perfection and presented in an easy to use setting!
Disliked: A small shelf in shower for soap shampoo etc.

Overall very good.

Disliked: Room close to kitchen extractors giving a background noise.

In spite of lovely staff...

Liked: The location is excellent
Disliked: Our room although spacious was very sparse. Noisy as was beside the generator. Separate entrance to the hotel as we were allocated Cove Rooms so had to walk outside to get to breakfast (thankfully didn’t rain!) Room overlooked car park and hadn’t net curtains so we had to have black out curtains pulled for changing etcNo holder for hand towel No shower cap or toothpaste No drinking water in our rooms or two of our friends rooms. Kettle didn’t fit under bathroom tap so couldn’t make tea coffee. Did speak to reception next day. These things could be quickly sorted for a better experience. Very disappointed indeed
