Worst hotel experience I have...

Liked: The location
Disliked: 1. The heating didn't work.I called reception twice, 1 hour apart. Each time they said they will send someone to the room to fix the heating. No one came, froze all night.2. Booked a king size bed room with sea view. Got a room with queen size bed without the sea view.3. After turning on the light in the bathroom, the fan was very loud for 20 minutes. Kept us awake.

Disliked: All ok. Very enjoyable

Liked: this hotel is okay but its over priced, rooms are a bit dated and the bed could be more comfortable
Disliked: Only instant coffee on offer in the room and at breakfast ended up buying a coffee from the costa on site - all a bit weird

Enjoyed time away, good staff...

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, warm rooms.
Disliked: Reception /seating areas had too much dog hair . Quite expensive for overnight stay.
