Liked: The view and Location is awesome, 10 minutes walk to the Mall, Beach, its on the bus line.The Management via text is fast to assist.
Disliked: The room and bathroom was dirty as hell,furniture broken and dated.TV was broken but I dont watch tv apart from the news. Someone tried to sell me drugs when I was doing laundry and he was trying to pimp his girlfriend also. Some shady characters linger around the door and try to piggy back off your swipe but I dont let anyone in. Only 1 elevator working for 40 floors. Best tip: Bring cleaning supplies so you can clean it yourself so you can rest assured that everything is cleaned and sanitized.

Liked: The Online management team and the ocean view.
Disliked: Theres no front desk here.The place was not clean to my standards but I was gonna clean and sanitize everything again anyway.When I left the room its actually cleaner than when I found it. The best part of the room was the view. The AC in the room is new but you didnt need it at night because you can sleep via ocean breeze.Nice little kitchenette, however the furniture is so dated, whoever painted the room is sloppy and didnt use any masking tape-brush strokes are on the edges of cabinets, the ironing board is stained, broken lamps, they never vacuumed under the bed, Windows wasnt wiped down, the previous tenants had kids cause you can see kids hand marks all over the window.The TV worked but the brilliance didnt work so you couldnt see the screen, I only used it to listen to the news. As for security, some guys always tried to enter the building behind me and said they forgot their room keys and I would say too bad and lock them out. I told them to call management. All the shady characters around here always have a excuse to get in the building, my girlfriend is in there,my key is broken etc etc. Not on my watch you got to call management which was another highlight of my stay, theyre always quick to answer because I did get locked out of the room and I texted them and I was in the room in seconds. Online management and the view was what made this trip great. Make sure you get a OCEAN VIEW, you go to sleep happy and you wake up happy when you look outside to the Ocean. I was on the 35th floor.

Liked: Overall it helped me with the situation I was in.
Disliked: I didnt like a lot .... our room didnt even have toilet paper... I had to buy my own at the ABC store, our microwave had no glass to balance our food.. sink water didnt go down.. so we couldnt even use the kitchen. Needed towels but no one was there to service on weekends because of COVID I understand that but if thats the case why dont they give enough so we are set for the weekend? I never had service like this .... ever...

Horrible. Its not worth the money!

Liked: Didnt like much about this place.
Disliked: I didnt like that we had to kill two huge roaches once entering the room and that there was no extra towels, toilet paper, or sheets to use, which caused us to buy our own. The pillows were stained and bed was super uncomfortable. It was also hard to watch tv bc it kept cutting in and out. Wouldve been great to come back to clean sheets, towels, and toilet paper, but nothing. Probably wont be coming back.
