Liked: Loved location. Close to everything, very clean and beautiful view. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed sheets a bit worn.

Liked: No insulation, very noisy , we couldn’t sleep at all , I don’t recommend it at all. It was a gym or something like that and They converted to room .

Liked: The hotel is amazing, loved the style, the room was new and upgraded with a beautiful view to the lake. Super close to the cute street in Big Bear. The staff is so friendly and kind, they do go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Shout out to Caitlyn, she made us coffee and it was delicious!

Liked: The location was very convenient. For the price it was a decent accommodation. The balcony and view of the lake is very nice to have.
Disliked: There was a "barn" style sliding door on the bathroom that would not stay closed, it kept sliding open a few inches. Even if it had stayed closed, it did not offer the kind of privacy some might like in a bathroom considering it is only feet away from the bed.The walls/ceilings are *thin*, the couple upstairs that was playing loud music and banging away loudly made it a little difficult to get good rest.
