Relaxing and enjoyable.
Liked: The property was very clean and well kept! The atmosphere at sinder was cozy. Would definitely recommend staying here in the future
Disliked: The cost of valet was a little pricey $57 dollar a night

Liked: I do wish the room had a microwave to heat up my food. I wasn’t always willing to eat every meal at the hotel and not having the option to enjoy a hot meal from other locations was a little disappointing

Acceptable
Liked: The close location to Venice beach tourist spots and the short ride from LAX made it a great spot for us to unwind after a 26 day hectic tour of other USA destinations before returning home out of LAX
Disliked: Changing a $30 daily fee which was refunded if you use the restaurant/bar was ok but it wasn’t always open. Only in room dinning some times during the day.

Can’t wait to come back!...
Liked: From the moment I was greeted by m the valet to team to meeting with the manager, Marissa, I felt welcome and that they were happy to help you. After a long day, there’s nothing like hospitality. They were friendly, engaging and professional especially Fabien (at the bar who gave me a chamomile tea) and the two brothers taking care of all arriving guest - Adrien and Cesar. The king bed rooms are very clean, light filled, spacious, well appointed large with great views so you don’t feel stuck in a room with a bed, but you can actually want to hang out. The bathrooms surprisingly large and modern. With a sofa and a desk you can do some work or have space to do yoga. Great views!
Disliked: When I checked in - the young man at the desk couldn’t find my reservation even though I gave him my name, then I tried to give a possible misspelling of name but he didn’t listen. I then gave him my reservation number but he was a stonewall. They didn’t have a reservation and that was that. He didn’t want to try to find it or ask someone to help him find it though I had prepaid for my reservation. He wouldn’t offer to get it fixed but just kept saying there was nothing for me like he wanted me to go away! So I had to ask the manager. Marissa who was the inverse. She was amazing. She said she loved working at the hotel, as it was like having people over to your house, but you don’t have to do the cleanup. She was funny but her obvious joy, and being there was like sunshine! She was charming. She upgraded me. She listened to my complaint with an open mind and understood. Who doesn’t like a little bit of understanding specially, after being really mistreated?
