A suburban oasis

Liked: It was an excellent location for our needs to assist a friend in Marin General Hospital.Staff were exceptional and professional. Always helpful with a quick response. Rooms are comfortable and large.
Disliked: Having been there a few times over a 3 week period we had different rooms. All were very similar but some were very noisy from traffic. Highly recommend getting new windows double pane. The kitchen is great but limited kitchen essentials. Maybe have on hand for people to sign out as some guest I meet stay a long time!

Liked: Close to all amenities and very tidy and neat. Great room service and exercise fitness room. Also great to have somewhere to wash clothes. Friendly staff in Lobby.
Disliked: Nothing…..very adequate. Nice toilet and bathroom - Proper shower which wasn’t above bath etc! Thank you.

Can do better

Liked: I like the hotel' s distance to the mall. Just need to walk
Disliked: The coffee mug has lip stain and the bed is super soft, so hard to sleep

Liked: We had a great stay. Most spacious and affordable suite we could imagine. Only problem was the pool was closed. They told us in advance so we could have canceled in time, but we kept the reservation because it was cold and rainy anyway. But we definitely would have still used the pool in the cold weather if it had been open.

Disappointing

Liked: Spacious rooms! Good location. Kind staff .
Disliked: Pool wasn’t working, freezer didn’t work, musty smelly room, and the roof leaked when it rained! Terrible bed.
