Asked for money back since...

Liked: Could not stay in room. Door couldn't open. Maintenance worked on door for an hour and still wouldn't work.
Disliked: Door wouldnt work so we had to go to another room and that room had poop in the toilet stool and had to be plunged.The first room looked like it had mold spots above the door.

Liked: I wish I could get a refund for this room, it was disgusting. The area was not at all friendly or welcoming, I went to check in and there was a roach crawling on the table. The room was NASTY. Didnt even stay here as I had to pay to stay elsewhere..
Disliked: There were burn holes in the bed sheets & it smelled horrible in the room. I couldnt stay there, I didnt even get to look at the bathroom before I was in my car looking for somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: No TV

Disliked: It wasnt open and you still let me book a room there and now your fighting me about a refund for hotel that I couldnt stay at.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Driveway was full of potholes, numerous flies in room, TV not working until maintenance fixed, no towels, cloths etc, ice had to be brought by maintenance in plastic bag, door latch broken.

Liked: The staff really did try.... I believe he may have had a genuine medical condition, or I hope he did rather.
Disliked: We did not get the room we requested, the room lacked towels. The beds were stained with blood, the floor was unkept. The T.Vs were missing/ broken. The hotel was surrounded with people clearly on drugs, the locks were broken to the three different rooms

Liked: I like the location but that's about the end of the good.
Disliked: The room still had someone's clothes in it and the door was like kicked in or something. The lock was broken and I didn't feel comfortable but they wouldn't change our room. When I mentioned the other people's stuff they gave me a trash bag for it.
