A lovely stay

Liked: A lovely hotel, well designed and decorated rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great, the room was really well cleaned each day and the shower was fab as well. Our room had a view of the church opposite through the trees, which was beautiful!
Disliked: Only tiny thing was that the room was very hot when we arrived - but we managed to turn off the heating and the windows opened enough to cool it down, plus there was a fan.

Beautiful Bavarian cultural hotel

Liked: If you want to truly experience Bavarian culture then look no further than this beautiful hotel. It is clean, has a gorgeous bar and beer garden. The staff are helpful and lovely, I especially got on well with Sophie. A lovely intelligent young lady who made me feel welcomed and always had coffee waiting in the morning. The breakfast is definitely worth the extra money. It is all you can eat with lovely weisswurst sausages, crispy bacon and scrambled eggs. Lots of choices of cheese and other cold meats. Freshly baked bread of all kinds and pretzels too. There were various other things for people with a sweet tooth, some vegetarian options and more. My room was always clean and tidy, also it was easy to get in and out with scanning your key card no matter what time it was. It's only a twenty minute walk to the city centre and there are plenty of public transport stops if you don't like walking (I do) the pricing was definitely reasonable for what it was and the black Friday booking.com deal made it even better. The best hotel I've stayed in during all my trips abroad and at home.

Perfect cozy hotel with great...

Liked: This hotel was perfect. Great quiet location close to public transport into main city center. The downstairs bar and restaurant has great food and beer too. The staff of both are so friendly and accommodating! We loved how much storage the room had for its size. Beautiful open window overlooking the Biergarten. ☺️
Disliked: We figured out the light switches after the second night lol

Exceptional

Nice stay in Marias Platzl

Liked: the hotel is positioned in a lovely location, walking distance from the city center. Rooms are very nice and cousy, even if pretty small. Good breakfast availble at the restaurant
Disliked: Rooms are a bit too small. Bad surprise to book for one more day and get a much higher price versus the day before. Reception doesn't work all the time

Comfortable stay with nice character

Liked: Stylish room with cute little details, very thought through. We also unexpectedly got an upgrade into a corner room that was bigger. Staff was friendly, and a slightly earlier check-in was possible without an issue.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about really. I am not a fan of a sliding glass door on the bathroom, as it doesn’t isolate any sounds, but seems now more and more hotels have those.

Disliked: Room Size and Layout: The shared room was cramped, making it difficult to work and uncomfortable for two people.Bed Sharing: Not ideal for a professional travel arrangement.Bathroom Privacy: The integrated design offered little privacy, suitable for only one person at a time.Electrical Switches: Retro-style switches were unintuitive and sometimes frustrating to use.
