It is fine to stay...

Liked: Friendly staff; breakfast included. In summer the outdoor pool is probably refreshing and welcome. It is in a good position for travellers. There is a cute bar for a fresh bear.
Disliked: The room stated "non smokers", but it certainly smelled like a smoking room. The fitness room has little to offer and has not been renewed for quite some years, we guess.

Disliked: The receptionist (Alison)on arrival had no customer service skills. No welcome, no manners, very rude and blunt. Every time we passed her there was no pleasent interaction. The receptionist who took over from her was excellent and came to our room to sort our TV out.
