Disliked: 1- Rejection to open cooling system at night which makes the room very hot and uncomfortable to sleep.2-the way staff dealt with customer.3- limited breakfast stuff , beside it is not fresh.4- house keeping not available 24 hours5- bad smell in some areas such as shower , elevator, room.6- management shows no care to respond to customer request for a contact.

Great hotel, disappointing cleaning

Liked: This little hotel could be amazing! I love the design, is gorgeous, the room size was way above regular (50sqm for the suite), and the location is perfect: a quiet street just near one of the most popular areas in Rome. Employees are also super nice!
Disliked: This was the first trip with our baby so it was a new experience for us too as a family. Now, we looked at different things during our stay. A big disappointment was the cleaning. I had to clean the baby spit from the beautiful wood floor and realized the tissue suddenly became black of dirt. The floor was extremely dirty, it even had a different shade, a much lighter one, under the carpet, which made me realize they never properly clean the room :( This is not ok for any hotel, especially for a 5 star one, that costs 800 eur a night. There’s no doorman at the hotel entrance and the door is not automatic. Pretty difficult to open and close the door when with luggages or with a baby stroller.

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable Room, comfy bed, excellent room size, friendly staff always smiling and willing to help. Good breakfast. So near to the Spanish steps, Made our trip even more better !
