My toilet sprung a leak...

Liked: Did not even know it had anything to do with breakfast that was available for the people that stayed there no advertising for breakfast any place we saw
Disliked: Well let’s start with my toilet that sprung a leak at 430 am when the wife used it . It had a massive leak from the upper water bowl to the base of the seat all over the floor we used all our towels to try n stop it went o office but didn’t open with nobody to talk to but the security till 8 am I had to shut the water off or the lower floor would have Ben flooded The next day they put new toilet screws in with rubber gaskets and sealed both base and upper water bowl… threw all day Saturday and Sunday while we were there the water just kept running in the toilet…. And I have video of it the picture of what is on line for my room to rent was definitely not it I am a very successful business owner and go to Hampton 2ta3 times a year this was my first time with you and never did I have a chance for a different room we stayed at room 36 I believe definitely was not a good stay

Liked: close to all we are interested in. Rooms are nice, pool is nice, great staff.
Disliked: rooms close together I had 5 rooms.

Disliked: The stairs to the third floor with young kids and lots of bags.

Disliked: I asked to be on the side away from the pool cuz the kids screaming wakes me up and I always have a coffee maker and this time I didn't and had I known id have brought one
