Liked: Great location and rooms were nice.
Disliked: Booked our room in October. We all got phone calls/messages stating that rooms would be changed. We all paid for vacation club but were out in regular hotel. Again, rooms were nice but some of us got regular rooms while others got suites. We could not understand since rooms were booked and fully paid for in October. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in a room that we all originally booked.

Liked: The property was very clean and close to many attractions
Disliked: We booked the vacation club with a king size suite but upon arrival we were informed that the suite was not available and we were given a double queen room in the Hotel. This was not disclosed by booking.com that this could happen. We were lucky to get a room on premise because the staff informed us sometimes they have to send you to another location.

Liked: The Margaritaville HOTEL and the staff were great . Just be warned, that you may not get what you booked, and your vacation can get off to a bad start.
Disliked: Never stayed at the Vacation Club we booked! The Vacation Club is a time share , which Booking never told us. We showed up and weren't able to stay because the owners were using it. No notice, nothing.

Hotel did not honor our...

Disliked: The hotel would not honor our Booking.com reservation. We have to pay more for a smaller room with less amenities. We will not be using Booking.com again.

Disliked: Coffee maker did not work. We were moved from vacation club to hotel at last minute. Staff were not accommodating & unhappy.
