Just ok not good enough...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: To expensive for what u get. Not enough space. Lastly broken items in the room.

Could have and should have...

Disliked: We were not told that daily room cleaning was not included which was quite surprising. This left a bad impression on us.

Great Location.

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: I did call back to the location after I had left. I forgot my sunglasses and asked if they could mail them to me. They found them, but it is right at $50.00 to mail them to me. Also, I would think they would service the rooms daily. Mine was never serviced during my stay.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic pool...

Liked: I was so pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the hotel was. All of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem.
Disliked: Nothing really. The only negative from our side as Irish people was the room had no kettle so we couldn’t make tea. It did provide a coffee maker. However there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor and the girls there kindly gave us hot water as we had our own teabags.

Disliked: We booked the vacation club room, but when we arrived they over booked so moved us to the hotel. Now that's not what was so bad....they did it without telling us assuming we wouldn't notice.

Liked: Great location and rooms were nice.
Disliked: Booked our room in October. We all got phone calls/messages stating that rooms would be changed. We all paid for vacation club but were out in regular hotel. Again, rooms were nice but some of us got regular rooms while others got suites. We could not understand since rooms were booked and fully paid for in October. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in a room that we all originally booked.
