Liked: Safety, accommodations, shuttle, waterpark tickets
Disliked: The beds were hard and uncomfortable, no exhaust fan in the bathroom or a toilet seat cover, the a/c unit in the room ticked the last night of our stay, the air handlers outside our balcony were miserable to listen to making it unpleasant to enjoy the balcony, the placement of other visitors could have been better, my suggestion would be to not put families with kids in adjacent rooms with a single couple trying to enjoy a weekend.

Liked: Water leaked on My floor the whole time qe was there. The air conditioner leaked water acrossed the floor I called twice went down. To office no one touched it or ask if we wanted move. Everytime we walked in our room, wet feet you could not put anything o. The floor. Was a bad room

Disliked: Brian an Justin in the lounge a Euphoria were great! Valets were on point! But foood took 1.5 hrs! Most of staff had no clue about anything!

Liked: leisure area, amenities, hotel restaurant and location are wonderful.
Disliked: The lack of signage makes it difficult to walk around the hotel and find your room when you arrive, as it is very large and spaced out. The number of professionals working in the lobby is also small and they are always very busy.
