Liked: Clean, safe, family friendly!

Good

Liked: Hotel room and facilities excellent. Restaurant and bar were very good. Pool area was also excellent. Great service by staff in restaurant, bar and around the pool.
Disliked: Housekeeping department could have been better. Mugs and glasses only cleaned once in 10 days. Servicing of room not consistent, Also the room type we booked was not available on arrival and as we didn’t want to move rooms we had to take the room type offered. They could not find the reservation for the other room for my brother and his wife saying that it had been booked for August. Fortunately I had all the confirmations. They managed to find a room for them, but tried to charge them for the booking even though it was pre paid.

Liked: the food was amazing ! I loved Euphoria it was a nice vibe and they have live music and the bartenders were are super nice !

Waste of money

Liked: The lobby is nice .
Disliked: The actual room itself is not that clean. I don’t think it’s worth the money. And I book through bookings.com with the price of it being 2200 and something I also got a notification that $300 deposit will be also required at the day of check-in and it will be returned back to me after I check out if there’s no damages . But when I got to the hotel, they told me something completely different and told me that the $300 is not refundable and that it is Accommodating the annuities. There’s no Netflix or streaming. When I ask them to help me with casting from my phone no one wanted to help me. I stayed in cheaper resorts that are more friendly and Accommodating

Overall amazing time! For sure...

Liked: I like the front desk staff Maria. The hotel was very clean and great decor. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The valet was extremely nice and attentive.
Disliked: The housekeeping messed a few things up with the room. Not cleaning throughly. Alcohol beverage was not strong and not a lot of different variety of food.

Superb

Liked: Excellent location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Disney attractions nearby and the wonderful town of celebration. The room was clean and generously sized. We loved the pool areas where there was always a fun atmosphere.
