Liked: Third year back. Great value with kids. You have the walk in pool, water park, daily activities. It is convenient to have everything in walking distance. We will see you next April!!!

Disliked: No kettles or microwave as we had a baby so could not warm milk. Staff were not helpful, long que for front desk and no one answers the phones when you call from the room. I think they are understaffed. The housekeeping finishes at 12am so there is no chance of change of bedding if the kids make mess during sleep time.

Liked: Beautiful design in the lobby area, clean and modern.
Disliked: Queuing to enter the poolBags being searched before entering the poolHaving to wear a wristband in the poolGave a cheap feeling to the resortToo many cabanas which had a $150 price tag, not enough loungers with umbrellas which made sitting in the heat very uncomfortable Not enough tables to eat at by the pool, which meant we had to eat in the sun on high chairs. Food served in cheap plastic containers - for the prices they charge for food and drink, this is pretty appalling. Customer service is non-existent, ordered amenities via the iPad in the room, they never arrived. Called to request them again, and they still never arrived. Ice machines were out of ice.We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and informed them of this to arrival, and they didn’t acknowledge it in any way.Overall really disappointing. Also, our resort facing room overlooked what appeared to be air conditioning generators, that were so loud, we couldn’t sit out on the balcony. I’ve never heard noise like it.
