Liked: The room refrigerator was broken the whole time reported it to staff he said it was working because there was ice but inside refrigerator was hot and nBlowing out hot air , at 10:30 pm maintenance came back and wanted to switch out after we had to call a few times , so my said it’s late was going to sleep , but had to call back because it was letting out hot air and the front desk person didnt believe me , I told him come check it yourself he like oh you booked from Booking .com .. As if I didn’t book straight from Hotel , So it kinda ruined our stay .. I never complain but he has no concern to make it right at all .. I think I would stay elsewhere. Resort fees , 40 dollars parking , it’s basically a redone Embassy Suites nothing more but without the breakfast included, That’s per person which was mediocre..

Liked: Good location close to beaches eg Nevada Beach we loved and Zephr Cove.
Disliked: Valet a bit slow - plenty of staff but no sense of urgency which was frustrating when we had a boat trip to get to. Pleasant and polite staff however at the valet.Reception staff two of them need to be far more welcoming as that’s the first greeting point and actually put a bit of a damper on our opinion of the place. Smile and be happy and look like nothing’s too much trouble for the customer is the mantra they should have!Stains on the sofas in the room= not a good look. Something was missing for me from this place. Suits families and people who like more of a generic tourist vibe maybe but not us.

Disliked: Shower curtain wasn’t clean.Some spaces weren’t cleaned well.Empty water bottle left in the corner near window in front area with trash in it.Our room wasn’t cleaned/beds weren’t made one day. Didn’t like that you HAD to valet the car.

Liked: We liked everything about this place. It exceeded our expectations, and it wasn't bad affordability wise.
Disliked: Finding our room and the pool was a tad confusing. I don't like they only offer paid valet parking. Otherwise, great overall
