Liked: We loved the theming of the hotel and it stuck so well with the Margaritaville decor. The gift shop was full of amazing finds and the coffee shop was also and added bonus.
Disliked: If I had to pick one negative it would be the location of the entrances to the elevators. We were in building 6 and had to pull all of our luggage all the way down the hall to get to the elevator and drag it all the way back down the hall to get to our room. There were only luggage carts in the lobby so it made things a bit inconvenient. We ended up just carrying our suitcases up the stairs one at a time. Keeping luggage carts near other entrances would be a great help.

Disliked: Front desk staff unhelpful. I paid for early check-in through Booking. Staff simply said - “we don’t do that” and offered no compensation
