Exceptional

That could be better need...

Liked: We went out to eat at the restaurant we went swimming and we did the miniature golf the food at the restaurant, Captain Hook or something like that could be better

Disliked: Everything was great. The food selections and prices in some of the restaurants could be better

Pleasant

Liked: Of course, the water activities.
Disliked: They don't have indoor activities when there is bad weather. My family and I sat in the room and played card games. Something would could have done at home.

It’s not worth the price

Disliked: Lack of food choices, lack of activities to do inside since it rained and they closed the pool early

Much needed water time

Liked: Bed pool food
Disliked: To many noisy golf carts (staff) after dark riding past my balcony ! It was closing time I get it but it was annoying for about an hour.

Disappointing. Will not return.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Room was large, clean, nice decor.
Disliked: Bed and door threshold were too high for ADA comfort. The three doors exiting from hotel to courtyard leading to pools were not electric for ease of access. Handicap pool lifts were broken. Lazy river was narrow; also dirty on day 1.

Amazing stay!

Liked: Loved the Mother’s Day brunch, Pool area, and drinks. Mother’s Day brunch was amazing!!! I’d give the brunch 15 out of 10!!!
Disliked: There was no microwave in the rooms or in a general area for guests to warm up their food.

Good but could be improved

Liked: The property is clean and modern. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The shower could use a sliding door rather and being half open. The main issue with the property is the lack of parking. You're left dependent on the valet service, which is backed up most of the time and employed with over worked young people. If the parking accommodations were better and perhaps more staff on-site to assist, it would be improved.
