Liked: I like that it was a resort for children is very clean and nice
Disliked: Only thing I didn?t like was the beds were really hard so it hurt my back and I didn?t like how all the food and drinks were outrageous

My stay was good.

Disliked: Didn't like the broken elevators. The pool closes too early.

It was worth every penny.

Liked: The staff was so kind. As soon as you arrive you can feel the southern hospitality. I lost my phone and everyone (the front desk, the valet, the security) really tried their best to help me find it. The suite was clean and the view was beautiful. I had such a wonderful time.
Disliked: The food is okay. It was nothing to write home about but most resorts I?ve visited seem to miss the mark there. I am also a foodie so I may be expecting more than most.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Friendly staff with prompt service. Great amenities. Beautiful and relaxing, stress free place.
Disliked: Refrigerator didn?t work. No microwave. Pools water was very warm. Pool closures without warning. Some extended wait time for elevator.

First time here there were...

Liked: the location and we are at a restaurant and the server Alysa was super nice and made the experience great!
Disliked: We didn?t like how there was a power outage for over an hour, the a/c in our room wasn?t getting cold the last two nights of our stay, engineer came to check it out and never came back. Our husbands were mistreated and profiled at the water park. Security brought our food order out and out of all the people there we were told if we wanted to smoke weed we need to do it outside of the water park, our kids were with there fathers at the time there was no smell of weed by us nor were they smoking or even smoke at all. They were never even asked if they were smoking, this traumatized them and made us all feel unwelcome.
