Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel
Disliked: Hot water issues, air conditioning control issues, noise issues. Completely not worth the price whatsoever

Liked: The atmosphere was phenomenal and so was Isaiah at the front desk
Disliked: The King suite was great as far as the view and comfort ability but no one was able to get cellular phone service even being logged into the Wi-Fi so for my birthday most of my guest thought my phone was dead and thought plans were canceled because they couldn’t reach me

Disliked: Our rooms ac broke in the middle of the night and they said it couldn't be fixed until 9am... check out is at 11am. They only gave us a 50 dollar discount on a $300+ room that we slept awful in because it was so hot.

Liked: I didn’t eat breakfast and the location wasn’t so bad.
Disliked: I didn’t like that my pillow had a stain on it I had to remove the pillow case, there was a woman’s personal wrapper still in trash bin in the bathroom, I didn’t like that the shower didn’t have another door to close because I was cold inside the shower as I was taking my shower, for over 500 you guys should provide a robe when getting out of the shower. And I didn’t have my balcony I requested for at first and I was told not given a window view.
