Overall, I will give 3...

Liked: Excellent location with heated pool. Close to a lot of restaurants.
Disliked: The hallway was really dirty, and no one vacuumed it while we were there. 80% of the staff doesn't speak any English and, if you need anything they reply with- Sorry, no English. One of the elevators was out for like 2 days and it took forever for the elevator to arrive. We paid for early check in and were able to get in the room around 2:15 with regular check in 4pm. Housekeeping took over 2 h to clean our room and it wasn't clean to my level of expectation. The bathroom sink was clogged and dirty.
