Excellent once again

Liked: Great location and staff
Disliked: Room 735 had a slight issue in the bathroom. Vanity sink drains slow and faucet knobs we’re not user Friendly and you had to turn it just right to stop faucet drip

Liked: Margaritaville atmosphere. Check in.
Disliked: Parking. Pool. Cleanliness of room. For a newer hotel I was surprised that the room wasn't clean. Mold on curtains...brown spot on sheets. Expected more after previous stay at the Hollywood FL location.

Disliked: We stayed in this Margaritaville, Jacksonville Beach hotel 3 this in 11 months but this time we chose your property to celebrate my milestone birthday.However, want to raise some concerns about our current stay in Jacksonville beach property. As I said we have stayed on this property three times but this time Aug 14-18 was my 50th birthday and we wanted this venue for this special occasion. Our initial reservation for an ocean view room was somehow canceled but when we attempted to rebooked there same rate was not available and there was nothing they did to price match the original reservation, yet we still booked for $1,600 instead of the original $1,000. Upon arrival we were to given a 6 floor room. However when we got to the room no key scanner was on the room the door was wide open and able to be opened without a key and would not lock. We asked them to fix the lock, but we were given a new room on the 8th floor. The next morning we had no maid service, no fresh towels, no clean bedding, no coffee. We called and ask for maid service so we may have fresh towels, we also advised that the showers soap dispenser is empty and asked them to refill, but it is still empty. The toilet seat fell off they did send maintenance while we where out. However, when we returned to our room the door was left ajar and wide open for anyone to enter. Day three we received maid service but that night when getting into bed we saw that the sheets changed but they are dirty and stained. The hotel had one employee on staff and it took her around 45 min to bring clean sheets and we were given two flat sheets to sleep on and we had to make the bed ourselves. While waiting for the sheets, we discovered that the air filters in the vent in our room is discussingly filthy to the point of being unhealthy. We do have photos if we need to provide them to to you. We love and enjoy this property.

Great beach get away but...

Liked: Location was excellent, and the pool was excellent for the family. Beach access was also really convenient.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable, and furniture felt cheap. For the price paid it felt like it was very underwhelming.

Not what you think.

Liked: Location near the military base. View of the beach.
Disliked: Room had two TVs but only one worked. Maintenance staff replaced immediately which was good. During which time I noticed the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned because there was a half eaten pizza slice near the living room couch. Room service is not really deliver to room, you must pickup at the bar.
