Perfect spot for walking, relaxing,...

Liked: The AC in the room worked wonderfully, which was a real treat after walking in the heat. The balcony view of the shops was perfect for people-watching. We received complimentary margarita vouchers and bottled water at check-in, which was a nice touch. The location is ideal if you don’t want to drive—there’s plenty to walk, see, and do.
Disliked: The bed and pillows leave a lot to be desired. I think there were two types of pillows, but overall, they just felt frumpy. Also, keep in mind that both parking and room locations generally require a good bit of walking—especially if your room is located at the far end of the lobby.

Liked: Great location. Plenty of things to do in walking distance and great food. Adult beverages are available at the hotel and at the surrounding stores.
Disliked: There was a check in issue, the room was not ready when I was supposed to be able to check in. Management did make the issue right with me and I was satisfied with the justification of the issue.

Liked: Everything was great. Loved the staff.
Disliked: The only thing I don't like is Wyndham pushing the timeshare at every turn in the island and even in the hotel.

Won’t stay there again.

Disliked: I was told parking would be free for 2 cars it was not 25.00 each per night. I was told my rooms would have couches they did not. Not satisfied for the amount of money it costs.
