A pleasant and comfortable stay...

Liked: The hotel was very beautiful and in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and a CVS nearby, which was super convenient. The room was clean, and the water pressure was strong, which made showering very comfortable. And it’s pet-friendly!
Disliked: Due to a booking system issue, I didn’t get the room type I originally booked, and the corner room I was given had some minor noise during the earlier part of the night. However, the front desk staff was very polite and handled the issue professionally by offering a small discount as compensation, which I appreciated.

Liked: The hotel was fine but the service is horrible.
Disliked: I asked for an invoice for the room charges. They told me that booking.com must provide the invoice. Booking.com says the hotel is responsible to provide the invoice. I was on a business trip and I still have no invoice for the room charges. I need this invoice. Additionally, I paid twice the Guest Amenities Fee, once with booking.com and once during check-out. My emails were not responded and also the hotel didn't response to the request of booking.com. This is not a good SERVICE.

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere.
Disliked: We went to the hotel bar on our first night. Upon checkout, we found out they charged us for food we did not consume (we only ordered a $20 ceviche but they charged us >$50). We were told that the manager would contact us about it. We still haven’t heard from them.

Relaxing stay

Liked: Great location, comfortable stay, cordial staff at front desk, clean rooms
Disliked: the staff at the bar needs to provide better customer service, we ordered takeout from the bar for one family member closed out the tab, and some of us wanted to sit down and eat at the restaurant. There was so much confusion between the staff at bar and restaurant, as a customer I should have the choice to move between bar and restaurant without having to deal with this unpleasantness, very annoying
