Liked: Loved the vibe. Very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was very relaxing and the staff were very attentive.
Disliked: The water pressure was a little low but that is all I could think of.

Liked: The room was well appointed and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was great, Bar tenders were super friendly.
Disliked: Check out was not good, there was only one person on the desk she was on the phone for over 15 minutes with one person in front of me. She then helped the person in front of me and had issues with credits and points? I have to leave for work and could not wait to be checked out. I let my key and paper at the desk. I will try to get my invoice today online or call.I checked out on 8.21.25 @ 7:15 - 7:40AM

Liked: Everything was great. Comfy beds, quiet rooms, clean room, amazing pool area with even more amazing margaritas!

Nice but probably better value...

Liked: Close to Gaslamp quarter.
Disliked: $65 a day for parking as only valet available is the highest we have paid at a hotel, very little information known about the area when you ask staff what is on etc. No information given about if you want to eat breakfast if they service it etc.
