Bad

Disliked: I was double charged and no one will listen to me to give my money back. I only stayed one night and paid the rate twice on my cards.

Very good

Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that when we arrived from the cruise port, we had to wait 5 hours for a room. The hotel needs a policy for early arrivals.

Comfortable long weekend retreat.

Liked: It is a resort hotel- its huge, right on the beach, and with pools so you have a choice (depending upon weather/wind/currents). Everything is clean and everyone is smiling. Restaurants on site are versatile, there is a coffee shop and a gym, we had good, long weekend.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a touch up, everything was working and it was clean, though.

Very expensive

Disliked: The price could have been lower. Breakfast buffet is too expansive. Had to eat at a restaurant outside of the hotel. The price I paid for 1 night shouldve included food. Paying over $700 for one night was not worth it. Very disappointing with this property.
