Terrible experience due to Joseph....

Liked: I was not able to find out.
Disliked: Although I had a confirmation email and booking number from the hotel. Joseph, the front desk person stated the system was having some issue after 12:00 and was not able to find my reservation. I asked for a manager and he stated none was on site snd that I would have to wait a few hours or do another booking. I had to leave since I was getting irritated and Joseph was not even trying to be helpful or call anyone else to assist.

Liked: Beautiful lobby and atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was really nice, lots of options. Restaurant on site is good. It’s right on the beach and includes two beach chairs. Rooms are very clean and the suites have a full kitchen.
