You want to stay here!!

Liked: The amenities and beach location are fabulous! The staff, in particular Diego D. at reception and Erik at concierge, are amazing. It’s a welcoming and relaxing hotel with employees that go well and above to exceed your expectations. We are a family of 6, so it can be hard to find a vacation destination that makes everyone happy. Everyone was absolutely happy here!!
Disliked: Construction next door, but staff works hard to minimize the impact on your stay

Superb

Disliked: They cleaned the room very poorly. One day they forgot to clean it. When we reported it to the reception, the cleaner lied that we had cleaning.

The public areas were nice,...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The lobby is in excellent condition — clean and well-maintained. But the rooms are in terrible shape. They’re all in need of renovation. There is visible mold between the bathroom tiles, and everything looks worn out and neglected. The kitchen cabinet handles are greasy and dirty, and the corners of the doors are chipped and peeling. The room looks like something from a two- or three-star motel at best. The only saving grace is that it has a separate bedroom and living room. However, the furniture is in awful condition — stained, dirty, and long overdue for replacement.It was so unpleasant and disgusting to sit on the stained chairs that I had to cover them with towels. There is absolutely no way this room should cost $450 per night
