Disliked: Everything the rooms were discussing. The furniture was covered with a blanket because the leather on the chairs were ripped and pealing off

Disliked: Very bad service. They didn't let me into the hotel, supposedly because I had to check in before midnight. They left me sleeping on the street with my children.

Worse Hotel EVER!!!

Disliked: I reserved the room because of the pool and located close to the beach. Well, walking into the building it was really hot. The front desk lady said the AC is being repaired bit the AC in the room works. I tell her we wanted to swim. She said the pool wasn't working after I signed the paperwork. I told her the whole reason I was there was the pool, but she said i couldn't cancel. We walked into the elevator and i about fainted it was so hot, the room smelled horrible, the AC was not working. the bathroom was dirty, the tub had a black ring like it hadn't been cleaned and there was dirt on the floor. So I went back to the front desk lady to let her know what was going on and she was very rude. She wanted to go see the room, so we went. She said it smelled like smoke and i told her we walked in the room and right back out, no one had smoked in there. She walked into the bathroom, closes the door for a moment and then comes out the bathroom and says yall can leave. I asked about getting a refund and she said no i had to call the place i booked the room. She was not willing to help me and walked away. Other than the rude staff, the entire place was scorching hot, had a horrible smell, nothing advertised was available, the pool, workout equipment or a clean environment!!!

Liked: What breakfast there is no restaurant no gift shop even buy a sandwich or a drink. No ice machine machines on the floor floors no air-conditioning no pool no nothing awful.
Disliked: Close the place down

I will never be back.

Liked: Nothing. None of the amenities were “working” the pool was closed for no reason. And the staff were very nasty didn’t notify us when checking in at all. I will never stay here again. I rather sleep in my car.
