Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Hallway hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Trash in the elevator, around the property. Tub side was too tall and no grab bars were available for an older, or disabled person, to get in/out safely! Room door was not balanced and took very noisy effort to open or close.

Liked: They did not have breakfast for us,the location was good, I had to pay an extra $50 just to get in my room before 3 pm I arrived at 12:30/1:30pm, I had no hand soap, the tub looked like it had a ring around it, it was a jacuzzi , if you wanted it you had to pay $40,we were going to get it but it wasn’t available in our room, also I told the front desk as we we’re leaving no that I did not want housekeeping in my room, when I returned housekeeping had came in and redid room and even arranged my personal belongings, the pool water was green, very unhappy customer!

Liked: Outside is very nice ... Pool closed for maintenance so can't go swimming. Restaurant in hotel is closed . So nothing to eat and no breakfast even though booking .com says breakfast. Bath tub drain needs to be unclogged. 3rd floor elevator must don't work paper over button in elevator. This place needs help fast or just close it. But this my first and last time staying here. Go somewhere else trust me

Disliked: Roaches! The front desk lady was very dismissive saying she will see what she can do for us, well she did nothing. I asked could I be possibly be refunded for their roaches that invaded my Pizza, she says no it doesn't work that way. Then says they do have people to come and spray. Well dam she already knows about the roaches. Upon check out still nothing. Upon My check-out Ms. Mary Lou (I think that's her name) she was really nice and concerned nothing much to be done at that point. The initial interaction with front desk lady didn't offer another room, even if she did it would have been too much of a hassle. Based off the initial interaction with The front desk lady we Will not book for this place again. I need to talk to management.
