Liked: The location was very good, close to the underground, quiet. Staff were pleasant, towels changed and beds made each day. Shower not that powerful but always hot.
Disliked: It's not really a hotel. It's a boarding house. It's just a room. Dated, but clean. There is no bar as stated. There's a locked room with junk in it that had a bar at one time. If you want a staff member you have to go outside to the front door and press the doorbell buzzer. Reception is not manned. There is tea and coffee in room but no milk. They no longer provide milk because apparently it doesn't last long enough..... although the staff offered to give us some of theirs but it's not the point. If you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you, many stairs and no lift
