Liked: When we arrived at the accommodation, I was left breathless. A beautiful country house with a huge garden spread out in front of us and we were welcomed by the very nice lady (the owner) Olwen, who showed us our room. The room was beautiful, words cannot describe it. Like a castle. Beautiful view of the garden, large terrace, huge bed. Everything like from the Victorian era. In the morning, an exclusive breakfast and excellent coffee awaited us, which the owner regularly offered. We really felt like we were in a castle. It was a shame that we only stayed one night. I will definitely return to this place. I have never experienced such nice hosts. Everything was simply perfect. We were three girls traveling - a mother and two daughters. The memory of this place will stay with us forever. Thank you so much.

Liked: Nice spread for a continental breakfast. The hosts were amazing and the property is gorgeous.
Disliked: The water pressure for the shower was lacking.

Liked: We were met with sincere, warm smiles and kindness. Olwen showed us the breakfast room. It was a WOW! moment. She invited us to enjoy the sitting rooms. She showed us to our room, and it was another WOW! moment. Our room was spacious, clean, and the king bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also suggested a really good place to eat.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Liked: The grounds were like a botanical garden. Many different types of trees and flowers. The building was built in the 1800s and was amazing. The breakfast room was very well decorated and had excellent food. The host was very friendly and provided a short history of the building.

Amazing place and a wonderful...

Liked: Amazing place and a wonderful generous host who is also the owner. It was evident that a lot of love and attention to detail had been given to this country estate. The place and the whole experience exceeded all my expectations, and the stay was the highlight of my 5-week European holiday. Included in the price was the hot/cold breakfast which was bountiful - so much food!Only disappointment was that I was there for only 1 night, I recommend staying longer to truly enjoy the location and gardens.Close to Blarney Castle and around 15 mins into Cork
