Liked: Close to downtown Lake Placid. Very clean. Renovated room
Disliked: Pool was not open in August due to renovation.

Liked: The property was very close to the Main Street through Lake Placid. You could walk from the motel easily.
Disliked: The pool was not open and we didn’t know before hand.

Good value, clean, comfy bed,...

Liked: Bare bones, newly renovated, super clean, very comfortable bed! We only needed to stay one night, because the place we were staying for a week previously had no room. Happy with the location...easy walk into town. Contactless check-in was a breeze.
Disliked: The shower was brand new but the water pressure was only ok if it was scalding hot! For a warm shower, the pressure was quite weak. Everything else with the room was fine.

Great price for lake placid...

Liked: No frills, low cost. Everything I was looking for. Newly renovated and room had just the essentials. Good mattresses and pillows; very clean; and nice bathroom. Tv; refrigerator; microwave and coffee pot. Was all we needed for a four-night stay.
Disliked: Since all being renovated, the landscaping is last on the list.

Disappointing

Liked: The bathroom was clean. It was an easy walk into town.
Disliked: When I pulled back the covers there was some kind of bug crawling around on the sheets. The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable.
