Lots of need for improvement.

Liked: Sauna.
Disliked: I had to ask for a replacement iron because the one in our room was unusable. It was dirty, unclean.There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on. I had to ask for more towels and didn't realize they were in the bathroom drawer. it seems an odd place to store them.I had to ask for some more teabags and we had no sugar. No dish tray for dishes and the tea towel was pitiful.The net curtains were dirty.

Disliked: Bed was very hard and uncomfortableParking was tight. Just lucky we had a small vehicleRooms NEED air con - Not a fan. Slept with door open and fan going the entire 3 nights we were there.
