Liked: The staff at Reception were amazing. I made an error with my booking date. Even though I booked through a third-party, we got a new room, and got a refund for my error (not untitled). Thank you Mantra

Overall a good location.

Liked: The Mantra is a convenient place to stay. However, the carpet to get to the lifts is quite plush and difficult to get a suitcase up the slope when you need to walk with a walking stick, there is no concierge assistance for this.
Disliked: the lack of help to get luggage to my room and the milk was three months out of date.

Liked: Room was perfect for my needs, small but well fitted out and the bed was comfortable. I also had a wonderful view. The location is excellent - close to everything, the breakfast buffet was delicious. It was a shame I was only staying one night.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about really. I had no issues whatsoever.

Disliked: The kitchen was very small and triangular!? However we did not cook in the room, but imagine it would be difficult to do so. Also the fridge only got cold on the last day we were there.
