Liked: Our room 201.1 was directly opposite a street light. Our room was lit up like an interrogation room, and we had a restless night. This was the last thing we needed after a 700Km drive and a 500 km drive next day. Your description of the room was I believe "Deluxe King size with Ocean view." We thought the room was ordinary for the price. We were given a different room which was provided on our pre booked return and was 100% better.

Liked: Spacious room, lovely outlook, friendly helpful staff, all of the equipment worked! I made a special, reasonable request to desk staff, and they assisted. I loved the doors opening onto the deck. The soap/shampoo/conditioner range was luxurious and smelt great
Disliked: An info sheet in the room with basic details eg checkout time, garbage chute, wifi password
