Great room for a short...

Liked: Was a small room but comfy & great for my quick overnight stay. Easy check in as I had to arrive after Reception had shut.

Liked: I arrived in the evening, the room had loads of hair on the floor and bed linen. The the alarm went off in our room and the receptionist said ok move to another room, so I then started to move to another room, it was chaos, but the only friendly person was the guy that was making coffees in the bar, I would never stay again as my stay from day one was just unbelievable.My advice to this hotel is please look after your customers no matter how much money you make, I came to Brisbane for the first time, the standard on the Spirit of Queensland Rail Sleeper from Brisbane to Cairns were better than the hotel. So I would never stay again or recommend it.
Disliked: The man that made coffees and saved drinks during the day and kept out luggage for couple hours was sweet, very customer focused, but there was another guy who acted like a manager and was so unfriendly.

Liked: Considering the reviews were quite poorly, we found the hotel staff and rooms better than the reviews made them out to be.
Disliked: Our only complaints were the windows need to be double glazed for road noise and 2 minor issues that we raised with the reception staff.

Great value for money

Liked: Staff are very helpful and lovely. The location is amazing! Short walk to Roma Street railway station and mall! Rooms clean, modern, and comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms were a little small and no ironing board.
