Easy, simple option close to...

Liked: Good location in Spring Hill for that end of the city. Short walk from Central station but uphill, so be aware if hauling a lot of luggage. Clean room. Simple checkin / checkout.
Disliked: TV took some encouragement to work. Very clean room, but noticeable smell of cleaning products.

Liked: General service was good.
Disliked: Poor Wifi to do my meetings, tackling with disconnections. I used my phone net to survive.Heater was inappropriate, gave me headache the other day.They have not announced me 50 box deposit required in check in and its refund will be in weeks later.Limited stuff in the room, even no drinking water in the fridge.

Liked: Great location and it’s bed sheets and quilt covers and towels were very clean and present in a nice quality standard.
Disliked: Wifi access information was very unclear when I arrived. The little fridge that was under the suitcase bench seems doesn’t work and the provided service phone on the table it was can not dial out to the reception.

Liked: The room was comfortable for an overnight stay and close to central Brisbane for transport.

Liked: There wasn't much to like about this hotel - they did relocate me to a different room see my note belowThe staff were lovely.
Disliked: The room smelt so bad like someone had urinated on the carpet. Carpet was filthy, and same with my colleagues room - There were little moths flying around the room and at closer look there were moth eggs everywhere, and I mean everywhere, I left and came back and more had hatched. Also paid for breakfast, reception said pick a sandwich and take an orange juice. Not exactly a hotel worthy bfast.
