Liked: staff were very accomodating, had an upgrade at short notice. close to everything. staff were very friendly.
Disliked: difficult to find as your sign is obscured by foliage, cost of valet parking a bit high. cigarette butts on verandah unsightly and bathroom dated.

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Awesome location, friendly staff and room was comfortable, clean and a good size.
Disliked: The only issue was the shower door leaked and water spilled over onto the tiles around the bathroom sink making the floor slippery.

Adequate for our needs and...

Liked: Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Well furbished kitchenette.The gym was well equipped.
Disliked: Our experience suggests that there were inadequate levels of staffing during our stay.Upon arrival we were unable to access our room until around 45 minutes after the check in time of 2pm (more cleaning staff perhaps would be useful particularlyy when the hotel was fully booked). The breakfast restaurant/cafe the next morning also seemed to be understaffed with a line up of people waiting to be shown to a table. (Nobody was at the counter as there was an issue with the coffee machine.)Again at check out, one of of the reception staff was handling a very long telephone query, leaving only one other person doing the check ins, which at around 5 ish was very busy.
