Disliked: The premises are looking very tired. Carpets in hallways and rooms are marked and dirty and do not present well. Not up to standards that I would expect for a Mantra facility

Disliked: Bathroom very tired and small. Sink was set very low. Hot water took a long time to come through to shower in the morning but was ok in the evening.Staff did not offer any assistance with transportation, local cafes etcI was not able to open the curtains in my room at all as it was on ground floor and faced the car park. It would have been good to have the option of blinds or privacy curtains to allow some natural light. This should be noted when booking and reflected in the price.
