Disliked: Construction going on outside my room from lift to front door and outside my balcony level below. Room so average tv not working or phone. Chipped cabinets musty and concrete dust in room

Liked: Wonderful staff, especially the lady at reception, and the breakfast buffet was excellent - catered for all dietary needs.

i only stayed for 2...

Liked: it was conveniently very close to the middle of surfers anything you need within a 10 minute walk the lobby was quite nice they offered parking and have a good area at the front for pick up/drop off
Disliked: this specific issue has nothing to do personally to staff however the elevator smelled very badly of weed i understand people will do as they please and the hotel can’t control it however it made part of my stay very unpleasant the rooms were very thin and you could here everything everyone did 3 rooms away my security deposit they said would take 10 Business days to come back into my account which is a little bit ridiculous the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the shower was very harsh
