Never been more disappointed

Liked: Staff seemed nice
Disliked: Room run down and was in a state of disrepair and damaged.Main reason we choose the property was for the Spa area, but this was closed when we arrived.Very poor experience.

We had a good time...

Liked: The view and location
Disliked: Lobby was nice but rooms were a little underwhelming and definitely could have been cleaned better.
