It was unforgetable.

Liked: We loved all the corner of our unit. The location was perfect, beautiful view and very tidy room. We'll recommend this hotel to our friends for sure. Very accessible to everything we need and the staff who accommodated us was very respectful. Thank you.
Disliked: Maybe the hair blower in the covered. I could tell it's a bit dangerous specially when it is running while the guest's still wet it's because of a broken part.

Fantastic location and great breakfast

Liked: Great location very quite considering right in the heart of the city . Very close to the river fallons pig and whistle great restaurants and the valley for a good night out .

Disliked: Cold shower, no doonas on the beds, and a weird smell in the room.

Liked: Room we ok but it was a pain to book as they tried to Change the room config at the last minute and wouldn't refund or return my calls (they would just reply with 'we will try and find a solution when you arrive)The manager there wouldn't return any call's, Booking.com said they would send confirmations but it never happened. I had to make over 10 phone calls to get a room in the config that was advertised (two queen beds)..Overall to much hassle for what should have been a simple room booking
