Disliked: Cold shower, no doonas on the beds, and a weird smell in the room.

Liked: Room we ok but it was a pain to book as they tried to Change the room config at the last minute and wouldn't refund or return my calls (they would just reply with 'we will try and find a solution when you arrive)The manager there wouldn't return any call's, Booking.com said they would send confirmations but it never happened. I had to make over 10 phone calls to get a room in the config that was advertised (two queen beds)..Overall to much hassle for what should have been a simple room booking

Lovely stay but they charge...

Liked: I loved the location and the room was lovely! been a few years since i have stayed at this property and they have changed alot of the interior.. loved the big screen tele and even a tele in the bedroom!! Honestly didn’t want to leave.. i stayed 5 nights too
Disliked: Well.. the staff when i checked in i was told id have complimentary parking if i signed up to the accor app..so i did it on the spot.. assuming id get all my parking for free. Come check out.. i left early as i am a nurse and had to go back to work that morning.. i had close to 20 missed calls stating i hadn’t payed for parking. When i phoned them back on my break i was insulted.. he said ‘maybe you didn’t hear properly on check in’ I heard very well there was never any mention of having to pay for parking what so ever. He demanded i pay, I refused and hung up on him.
