Absolutely disgusting treatment!!!

Liked: Lost my booking!Transferred me to mantra south bank to a tiny room with mould.Room overlooked the train line not the water that I paid forRoom was tiny not the upgrade I’d paid forWhen we got transferred we didn’t get what we paid forHad to Uber to and from where we needed to beMantra Southbank gave us cold breakfast so didn’t even bother the second morningAVOID Mantra on Queen and especially Mantra at Southbank
