Mantra Melbourne Melton

Good

Liked: Spacious room, clean facilities, extremely comfy bed, effective curtains. The Mantra Melton is a good location a half-hour from Melbourne - we attended a great concert in Melbourne, were back in the accommodation by 9.30pm, & were on our way back to western Victoria early the following day without having to deal with city or West Gate Bridge traffic.

Liked: The rooms were modern and spacious.
Disliked: Each time I tried to get into the room I had to insert the room card at least 10 times before it worked.

Comfortable stay in Melton in...

Liked: The available laundry room if needed, comfy bed, door signs for house keeping, roomy space, couch available in room. Key card was already in so the lights were on on my arrival. Some people do not know this method so good to tell on arrival. Beautiful horse themed art everywhere.
Disliked: Good location except on Friday night you could hear an announcer and crowd from my track view room (not requested to have a track view room specifically). My paper woolies shopping bag was taken after first day from housekeeping. It was left on the bench near kettle. Lucky it had rubbish in it but I may have wanted to use that bag again. How was housekeeping sure it was rubbish as it was on the bench? Should not have been touched. Took until my last night of a 4 night stay to figure out how tonorder room service. Took until the 2nd night of a 4 night stay to find the wifi code and password information. Either this should have been mentioned at check in or the room should have an all in one information booklet on where to find everything.
