Disappointed that I did not...

Liked: The shower was wonderful, nice pressure
Disliked: I asked for chocolates to be in the room for my daughter's birthday and it was confirmed this would happen. There were no chocolates.I was waiting for a call to pay the bill - my daughter had to pay it to check out.My daughter said the reception attendant was very unprofessional to deal with.

Liked: Very clean and the deluxe king room was very spacious. Bed was really comfy and didn't get much sound at all except for the water pipes. Free brekkie service was really appreciated.
Disliked: The sound of flowing water in the walls at 6am was disconcerting!! So just depends when other guests are using the bathroom as to whether it would affect you, and not sure if it was just our room or others too.

very good

Liked: nice huge room big king size bed , with a separate desk and couch,
Disliked: the breakfast could have been better, no matter really as we alway go out for breakfast
