Worst hotel room in Melton.

Liked: Free breakfast even though the bread bin was empty and I had to ask reception if they had any more.
Disliked: Where do I start? The curtain was falling off the rail and I wasn't able to open window for fresh air. One chair was broken and I nearly fell off when I sat back. No extraction in the bathroom, toilet brush holder wasn't clean and not very adequate lighting. Spyhole was covered by a sign. The fridge was missing parts so it could not hold bottles on door, shelves missing. Tv is so outdated and too small for the room. The key card is a total pain, you get lucky if door opens after a couple of times. Normally trying 10 attempts and one guest while i was there could not get in at all and had to call reception. It is advertised with mini bar which is non existant. This is a deluxe room which I paid good money for but got a 2 * dump. Oh one more thing I was privileged to have a half empty toilet roll left on the holder even though there was another one in bathroom draw. I feel totally ripped off. I have stayed there a few times but this took the biscuit.
