Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: I booked a room for a family of three, but the room provided only had two beds, which was not suitable for our needs.Additionally, the swimming pool area was unsafe at times due to unsupervised children causing disturbances and not following the rules. Despite reporting this to reception multiple times, action was only taken after our third complaint.I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
