Very good

Disliked: On the Saturday morning the power went out in the area for nearly 2 hours . There was no communication from the hotel staff around this, no signs indicating where the stairwell was and no assistance in helping me down with my bags for check out, luckily I was on the first floor but still struggled with a sore knee down the flight of stairs

Disliked: Personal issue only with the hard mattress and very soft pillows, but otherwise couldn't fault the room at all

Liked: Customer service and restaurant was amazing
Disliked: The water was $5 for a tiny bottle and no opening windowsShower leaks over floor and can't have a bath mat infront of the shower as there isn't enough clearance for the door to open.

Excellent stay in Launceston

Liked: We have stayed at the Charles Hotel 3 times now. Very convenient to Launceston shopping and restaurants. Could not fault the staff and breakfast was yummy and included in the price.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
