Overall is excellent

Liked: Staff was good and very convient for all our activity.
Disliked: 2 days lift was not working but they repaired it

Very dirty, very old, felt...

Liked: The Lady at reception was so lovely.
Disliked: The rooms were so dirty, old and crusty. In our first room it smelt so musty, the door to the balcony was broken and there was mould all in the bathroom. Just so dirty. We then got our room changed which was a bit better but still so dirty. Also had no cutlery. Definitely felt the photos online do not match what it is in real life. Would never book here again to be honest.

Reasonable accommodation but poor location.

Liked: Room tidy and warm..
Disliked: Hallway smelt of cigarettes. Location is not helpful unless you had a car. Located down a dark industrial driveway. No facilities within close walking distance. Bed too low to the ground and not very comfortable.
