Not good

Liked: Booking was fine and reception friendly.
Disliked: When I went to access the under sink rubbish bin it was full and overflowing with rubbish and food scraps and there were other plastic bags of rubbish beside it. The glass shower door was extremely difficult to open with fear of breaking the glass to access the shower. Once in the shower I discovered the soap dispenser was empty. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.When checking out I raised these issue with the receptionist and showed her a photograph of the rubbish bin. She apologized and advised that she would speak to the manager and either call me or email. I have not received an email or phone call.

Disliked: TV & Telephone did not operate. Room was changed but 2nd room telephone still not working. No tea/coffee supplied but milk in fridge was frozen solid

Pleasant environment. Value for money....

Liked: Pleasant reception, we received an upgraded room due to a booking issue, which was great.
Disliked: There was no kettle in the apartment, and if we had wanted to cook. there were no cooking pots. A little noisy in the morning with industrial equipment close by.
