Lovely place to stay

Liked: Clean tidy warm and overall cosy place
Disliked: I stayed in room 116 and I couldn't open the toilet lid without it hitting the rail and closing before I could sit down annoying 😒

Clean, modern and comfortable bed

Liked: Great parking, clean modern room.

Good

Liked: Location was good. Not to much road noise, although there was a couple of yapping dogs next door.
Disliked: Heat pump didn't work.

Clean, comfy, convenient

Liked: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good so that was my top 3 boxes ticked!The smart TV ability to log in to netflix was a bonus. Free wifi worked really well too. We were able to get a spare set of sheets for the sofa bed at no extra charge which was much appreciated.
Disliked: The remote for the reverse cycle heating did not work as the receiver on the unit appeared damaged. We could not change any settings.

Good size and clean rooms...

Liked: The rooms are a good size and were very clean, with everything you need.
Disliked: The bed was too soft (though I have a bad back, so probably fine for normal people).There were very noisy guests between 10pm and 11:30 pm which made it really difficult for us to get to sleep. Running up and down the hallways and so loud. There did seem to be groups of people staying for a basketball championship, so likely it was them. Not sure that they all had parental supervision. I mentioned to the girl at the desk on checking out and she did say ‘sorry about that’ but that’s about it. Not really the fault of the property, but did make for a disappointing stay.
