It was ok, but could...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Our room had a bad smell like someone had just gone to the toilet before we entered the room. We did get moved to the credit of the staff but the new room had no hand wash or body cream in the bathroom. The pillows are not great either. And I would have to say, the lobby cafe needs to be open longer. We have stayed here before because we liked it. But this time around it was not as good.

Would highly recommend the Mantra...

Liked: I came for a family celebration. The location was excellent, easy access to shopping, food and entertainment.Room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I wasn't happy with.

Disappointed because we suspect this...

Liked: Position and room size and cleanliness
Disliked: When air conditioning turned off (it needed to be on and so would come on and off automatically) there was a very loud banging noise coming from the shower drain at least every 10 minutes, causing disturbed sleep overnight. During the day we were mostly out of the room. Reported to staff after 2nd night. They did offer to change room but we did not want the hassle of doing that for one night and we needed to be on the lower level due to lift phobia.
