Liked: Location was great and closer to main activities and beaches
Disliked: Their rooms need renovations and more cleanliness. Quite noisy guests which is not under the hotel control but could do better…

Liked: The location and the view and the resort are beautiful, the weather was great too!
Disliked: No water pressure in the room and lack of hot water.When arriving it was explained to the staff that the room was booked as a gift through booking.com for us, the staff confirmed they had the credit card on file. They still required a credit card for incidentals which I provided and they assured me I would not be charged for anything else. Then when I checked out they charged the room to my credit card despite my explanation I had to go back to the person who had give us the gift and let them know this was not appropriate.

Very enjoyable and comfortable

Liked: Plenty to do. Ideal for our trip from Vancouver to rockies. Would have liked to stop for longer.

Disliked: The property was good but one of the staff was horrible ! The incident happened when I was getting a coffee at the front desk and they ran out of cream and I ask one of the staff to get it and he seems not too happy about it and when he came back with the cream and I pour it and I was surprised that the cream was bad !
